Water restriction update for June, 2009:
Don't let all the rain fool you!!! We are still under Level 4
(severe drought) water restrictions until June 30th. In spite of all
the rain of late, the water levels are still not where they need to
be. More details from SWFWMD are available
here
Level 4 restrictions do not allow for Do It Yourselfer's/homeowners
to pressure wash your residential structures. You can hire a
professional pressure washing entity such as ourselves to take care
of you. We will be glad to provide a no-obligation proposal. Please
call or leave an email.
As we enter the rainy season and you are debating on whether or not
to 'get it cleaned now' or 'wait until the rain stops' please keep
one thing in mind: There's no such thing as a perfect time of year
to pressure wash/roof clean. Mildew grows all year round, and is not
seen initially. The green growth that suddenly appeared on your pool
cage, gutters, or PVC fence has been growing for months!!! If you
are concerned with rapid mildew re-growth during the rainy season,
we can usually offer a warranty against rainy-season re-mildewing.
It is always best to hire an experienced professional pressure
washing contractor. Most homeowners have very limited knowledge of
chemical use, which translates to more water used. Our knowledge of
chemical use allows us to use less water to do the dirty work. We
hope to see you soon!!!
Specialty is equipped to do limited lawn, new sod, and landscaping
watering with reclaimed water on a cost-per-gallon basis. Please
call for details on this additional service. |
